The game doesn’t change from only following the ones that lead you; you have to learn how to supersede those who precede you.

Education

In addition to our flagship fitness and health program, Reach and Teach Elite, The Neighborhood Alchemist Project offers a variety of dynamic educational programs designed to nurture the whole person. These initiatives go beyond physical development and intentionally engage the mind, strengthen emotional resilience and support the overall wellbeing of our youth. We empower participants to grow academically, socially and personally on and off the court.

Education Initative

Leadership

The Leadership Program develops confident, community-minded youth by providing tools, training and experiences that cultivate leadership at school, at home and in their neighborhoods. Our Young Leaders engage in public speaking, teambuilding and service learning opportunities. By developing a strong sense of self and responsibility Youth Leaders learn to lead with empathy, purpose and visions laying the foundation to be lifelong Leaders at school, home, their local community and as global citizens.

Scholarship

The Scholarship Program recognizes and supports our student-athletes who demonstrate strong character beyond the game. Scholars maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher, enroll in academically rigorous courses, and consistently exhibit leadership and discipline in their school and community. The Scholarship Program is dedicated to developing the whole player, emphasizing academic excellence, integrity, and commitment off the court. Our Scholars have the drive to achieve as talented athletes, and their drive to succeed in the classroom and in life.

MEntorship

The Mentorship Program provides supportive relationships that empower mentees to grow academically, socially and emotionally. Through one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, mentees are connected with positive role models who help them navigate school, personal challenges and future planning. Mentors focus on building confidence, accountability and life skills while reinforcing the importance of community and self-worth.
